Frequently Asked Questions.

Here are our simple rules of return:

  1. You have 14 days from purchase to return your item(s) back to us. Returns sent after this time will not be honoured.
  2. You must first email hello@coastalkidsdunsborough.com.au for an authorization number
  3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition.
  4. Item(s) must be unworn and unsued with the orginal tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.
  5. Underwear, earnings and hair accessories can not be returned unless faulty.
  6. For a sizing issue or change of mind, assuming the criteria is met, a store credit will be granted
  7. Please ship by registered post, with a copy of your invoice and your return (RA) number to: Coastal Kids Dunsborough, PO BOX 10, Yallingup, WA, 6282
  8. If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please email hello@coastalkidsdunsborough.com.au with your name, product you ordered and what you would like to exchange it for.
  9. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise.
  10. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. All goods must be unworn and unused in order for exchange or refund to take place.
  11. Returns must be sent via Australia Post. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within five (5) business days.
